We recognize that there may be instances when customers are not satisfied with their purchases, or there may be issues with the products delivered to them. To ensure that our customers have a hassle-free and pleasant shopping experience, we have established a clear and transparent return and refund policy that outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning and refunding products.

Return Policy

At Usalast, we allow customers to return products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.

Items purchased from [email protected].com are made to order and printed just for you. Refunds can only be offered if the item is faulty.
If something you have received is faulty or does not meet our usual standards please contact us via [email protected] with a photo of the damaged item and your order number and we will be happy to investigate what happened!
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be in new and unused condition.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
A customer service representative will reply to your email within 24-48 hours.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product you received is different from the product originally shown on our website.

We use this information to verify the replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service will review your complaint. If your complaint is confirmed, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
For all other inquiries please email [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.
Any unauthorized returns or returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange and the item will be forfeited.


If you still have not received your refund, please note that the refund may take 5-7 business days depending on the payment method and bank used. This is beyond our control as it is subject to the policies of your financial institution.
If it has been more than 7 business days since you received our refund confirmation email, please contact your financial institution for more information.
If it has been 10 business days since your refund was issued and you have contacted your bank with no resolution, please submit a ticket through our supporters and we will contact our payment processor to see if we can help.
